General
By placing an order you indicate that you agree with our General Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation of your order Every order can be canceled within 24 hours after you have placed the order, without payment of a fine and without giving reasons, unless it has been shipped yet.
We request that you create an email and send it to info@Velojunkie.nl
Your order cancellation will be confirmed by email. Once your cancellation request has been confirmed by us, you may consider it received. If you have already paid for the canceled order, Velojunkie.nl will refund the paid amount within fourteen (14) days.
If the order is canceled later, Velojunkie.nl is entitled to charge € 2.50 in administration costs.
Delivery
Delivery takes place while stocks last. Velojunkie.nl strives to ship orders within 1 week after receipt of payment. However, Velojunkie.nl is not obliged to do so. If you opt for payment afterwards, Velojunkie.nl strives to offer the ordered item for shipment within 1 week of receipt of the order. The final delivery period is 30 days after placing the order, with the exception of orders where the customer has indicated that he or she would like to receive them later. If it proves impossible to deliver an order within 30 days, the customer will be informed in a timely manner and he has the right to cancel his order free of charge.
Prices
The prices stated for the items are in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the prices stated (unless stated otherwise). These costs are clearly stated in the shopping cart and in the checkout screen.
Approval period
Unless otherwise stated, after receipt of the order you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement by email for a period of 15 days without giving reasons and to return the order within the same period. Any payments made will be returned within 7 working days (including any delivery costs for the outward shipment). You bear the costs for return shipping yourself. There is no right to a refund if the product has been used and/or damaged or the order has been opened and/or not returned in the original packaging. After the expiry of the 14-day trial period, the purchase agreement becomes a fact. Velojunkie.nl also supplies tailor-made products such as custom fit / tailor-made clothing. Because these products are made according to your measurements, it is not possible to return custom-made products. By ordering a custom product you agree to this condition.
Retention of title
Ownership of delivered products will only be transferred if the customer has paid all that the customer owes to Velojunkie.nl under the agreement(s) concluded with regard to the delivered products. 2/6 Liability during shipping We are not liable for loss or damage to the goods during shipping. You can insure this risk at an additional cost. If you would like to make use of this, please indicate this with your order. If a problem unexpectedly arises, we would like to hear about it and we will file a complaint with Post NL.
Data management
If you place an order at Velojunkie.nl, your information will be included in Velojunkie.nl's customer base. Velojunkie.nl adheres to the Personal Records Act and will not provide your data to third parties. See also our Privacy Policy. Velojunkie.nl respects the privacy of the users of the website and ensures confidential treatment of your personal data. Velojunkie.nl uses a mailing list, each mailing contains instructions to remove yourself from this list. When you place an order at Velojunkie.nl you will automatically be registered for this mailing list. Velojunkie.nl will never contact you more than once a month for non-targeted communication.
Warranty
Velojunkie.nl guarantees that the products it supplies meet the requirements of usability, reliability and lifespan as reasonably intended by the parties to the purchase agreement and therefore guarantees the manufacturer's warranty for the product delivered to you.
Agreement
Velojunkie.nl reserves the right not to accept orders or assignments without giving reasons.
Images and specifications
All images, photos, drawings, data regarding weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels, etc. on the Velojunkie.nl site are only approximate, are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement. It is not permitted to copy images and/or texts from the Velojunkie.nl site without our permission.
Returns and exchanges of items
Velojunkie makes returning products easy. If you want to exchange a product or cancel (and return) an order within the trial period, you can easily do so via the RETURNS menu. Some conditions apply to returns and/or exchanges: · The legal inspection period is 14 days, our inspection period is 15 days to give you time to think carefully about your purchase. If you return your product, you must register it within 10 days in accordance with the above procedure. You must ensure that the order is delivered no later than 15 days after the purchase date. If your order has not been returned within 15 days, we will still consider the purchase closed and the purchase will become irreversible. · If special situations arise that make it impossible for you to return your product even though you want to do so, you must report this to us within 15 working days of receipt. We will then consider different agreements per situation. Velojunkie.nl is not obliged to do so.
The items to be exchanged must be in their original condition, have attached labels and be returned in the original packaging. · Items that you have purchased in the sale with a discount of 60% or more may only be canceled in accordance with the statutory approval period. Goods from the outlet (= discounted for 60% or more) may not be exchanged or returned. If you do return it, all rights will be forfeited and it will not be accepted. You were informed of this exception when placing an order. The items reported for return must be returned to us immediately, but no later than 15 working days after receipt of the order at the delivery address.
Velojunkie.nl only accepts returns that have been registered as described above and for which the instructions indicated when registering have been followed. Returns that have not been registered or have not been registered within the specified time will not be accepted. Your return will be confirmed by email after registration and receipt of the item(s). In the event of prepayment, we will credit the amount of the returns by means of a refund via a payment method that is equal to the original payment method with which the order amount was paid.
Complaints
It may happen that you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from Velojunkie.nl. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@Velojunkie.nl The postage costs for returning an item with a complaint will initially be borne by the customer. These costs will be credited if the complaint is declared well-founded.
Force majeur
In the event of force majeure, Velojunkie.nl has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of a customer's order or to terminate the agreement without judicial intervention, by communicating this to the customer in writing. without Velojunkie.nl being obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
Applicable law and competent court All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as to these Terms and Conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
